Anything sandwiched between 2 pieces of toast - usually cheese, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, ham, lettuce, chicken etc; in any combination. A pub favourite.

Here's how:
Toast 2 slices of bread
Top one with anything you like
Top THAT with cheese
Melt cheese under grill
Add second piece of toast on top of cheese
Press down
Eat. Dribble. Make funny contented noises. Have indigestion.
Can I get mine without indigestion?
